What Happens After Approval?
Once approved, you’ll receive login details for your Gym Power customer account. When you place your first order, you’ll be asked to complete the additional business and checkout information needed to process your purchase, such as billing details, VAT number if applicable, and collection/order information.
Collection & Ex-Works Orders
Online product prices exclude delivery. Orders are supplied ex-works, meaning the listed price includes the equipment only and excludes delivery, collection, offloading, positioning and installation.
Collection is from the Gym Power warehouse. Alternative delivery, collection, offloading or installation arrangements can be discussed with Gym Power by email or phone after purchase.
Loyalty Program Terms
The Gym Power Loyalty Program is subject to approval and the programme Terms & Conditions. The member discount applies only to eligible online purchases made through an approved customer account.
